kernel panic issue with IPIPE disabled for arm64

Hi All,

I recently ported ipipe-arm64 and xenomai patches on Kernel 4.9.
But there were some issues so I disabled the XENOMAI/IPIPE config.

Now, when I boot the same working working without IPIPE, I get kernel
panic issue.

So, I am wondering what could be the impact if IPIPE is already disabled.
Is there some issues in ipipe which is fixed recently ?
Or, if this already known please let me know.
